Full-Time | Manufacturing / Industrial Environment | Growth Opportunity
We are seeking skilled and motivated Industrial Welders (Levels 2–3) to support fabrication and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for welders who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and continuous skill development.
What You’ll Do
- Perform welding on steel and related materials according to specifications
- Use welding processes such as MIG, Flux-Core, and Stick (level dependent)
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Prepare materials by grinding, fitting, and positioning components
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards
- Work closely with leads, inspectors, and production teams
Welder Levels (General Guidance)
- Welder 2: Independent welder, consistent quality, minimal supervision
- Welder 3: Advanced welder, complex welds, may assist with training or setup
(Level assignment based on experience, testing, and demonstrated skill.)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Ability to pass a weld test (process depends on level)
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and equipment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs and work on your feet
- Comfortable working in a noisy, industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
Work Environment
- Industrial fabrication / manufacturing facility
- Exposure to heat, sparks, noise, fumes, and heavy materials
- PPE required at all times (welding hood, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.)
