Finding a job is only the beginning of building a successful career. Long-term success often depends on developing workplace skills, financial confidence, and a clear plan for the future—goals that are at the heart of the PASOS Program offered by Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services (NPHS).

Designed to support individuals on their path toward economic stability, PASOS is a free virtual program that combines workforce readiness with financial education. Participants receive practical guidance to strengthen job-search skills, improve financial literacy, set career goals, and develop strategies for long-term success. The program also introduces participants to pathways toward homeownership, helping individuals create a stronger financial foundation while advancing their careers.

The 2026 program will run from July through August, with virtual classes held on Fridays from 4 to 6 p.m. Pacific Time. The series begins with an information session on July 24, followed by Essential Workforce Skills on July 31. Participants will then explore Manufactured Housing 101 on August 7, learn about Paths to Homeownership on August 21, and conclude the program on August 28 with a session focused on goal setting, available resources, and ongoing support. Registered participants will receive the virtual meeting link prior to the start of the program.

Programs like PASOS recognize that career success extends beyond technical knowledge. Employers increasingly value individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, financial responsibility, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

At ICR Staffing Services, we share that philosophy. Workforce development isn’t just about helping someone find a job—it’s about preparing people to build lasting careers. Whether through certifications, career coaching, or programs like PASOS, investing in professional and personal growth creates stronger employees, stronger businesses, and stronger communities.

Individuals interested in participating can register through Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services. For more information, call (909) 988-5979 or 1-800-761-6747, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Additional program information and registration are available on the NPHS PASOS Program webpage. Since enrollment may be limited, interested participants are encouraged to register early.
