Private House Manager

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the facility

  • Coordinate and working with vendors, ensure that all supplies are delivered on time

  • Work with staff members on scheduling and household budgets

  • Managing and maintaining house is well kept

  • Maintaining inventory of all equipment in the house, making sure shelves, cleaning supplies are well stocked, including ordering replacement when needed

  • Responsible of opening and closing gates within a timely manner

  • Must be able to drive when needed, running errands, grocery shopping and making appointments

  • Supervise and helping with daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is well kept at all times

  • Assist with Housekeeping, making sure all maintenance is well kept

  • Responsible for well-kept of vehicle, including getting it washed, cleanliness and making sure to get it fueled when needed

  • Coordinate with staff members to ensure that all scheduling run smoothly

 

Requirement and skills

  • Excellent communication skills, professional, responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized

  • 3-5 years’ Experience as a House Manager or in similar role Managing and organization skills

  • Must be flexible and available to work some weekends

  • Good driving record and multitasker

  • Good communicator, understanding client’s needs

  • Full Time, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, $28-$30 hourly
