We’re looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at a cement plant, handling loaders and other industrial equipment to keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Operate Heavy Equipment – Safely and efficiently run loaders and other machinery to load and unload customer trucks.
✅ Handle Materials with Precision – Move materials like rocks and debris while ensuring accurate placement.
✅ Prioritize Safety – Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clear communication with coworkers.
✅ Monitor & Report – Immediately report any injuries, accidents, or equipment issues to supervisors.
✅ Support Site Operations – Assist with site clean-up and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
✅ Improve Efficiency – Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and workflow.
✅ Perform Equipment Checks – Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs to keep equipment in top condition.
