High Desert business leaders came together for an evening celebrating community, connection and the relationships that help our region thrive.
ICR Staffing Services was proud to sponsor the 2026 Kemper Campbell Ranch Mixer, an annual gathering held in collaboration with the Greater High Desert Chamber of Commerce that brings together professionals and organizations from across the region.
Hosted at the historic Kemper Campbell Ranch, the event provided a relaxed setting for High Desert business representatives to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people and strengthen relationships throughout the local business community.
High Spirits Despite the Rain
A little High Desert weather didn’t get in the way of a great evening.
Although rain moved through the area ahead of the event, attendees arrived in high spirits and ready to network. The energy throughout the mixer reflected something ICR has experienced throughout its years serving the region: High Desert businesses show up for one another.
Guests also enjoyed drinks served by Creekcut Winery, adding to the relaxed atmosphere as attendees connected and enjoyed the evening together.
Thanking the Community for Its Support
During the mixer, Carissa Dedmon, a Supervisor of Client Services at ICR, had the opportunity to speak on behalf of the team and thank the High Desert community for its continued support.
For ICR, that support has been especially meaningful. Since 1989, we have had the privilege of working with local employers, job seekers, and community partners throughout the High Desert. The relationships built along the way have played an important role in who we are today.
Events like the Kemper Campbell Ranch Mixer allow us not only to build new connections, but also to recognize the businesses and people who have supported ICR over the years.
Strengthening the High Desert Business Community
The mixer represents exactly why opportunities to connect locally matter. Conversations outside the office can lead to new partnerships, referrals, ideas and relationships that ultimately strengthen the region’s economy.
The historic Kemper Campbell Ranch provided a fitting backdrop. With roots reaching back to the 1920s, the working cattle ranch is part of the High Desert’s history, making it a unique place to bring together the people helping shape the region’s future.
The Greater High Desert Chamber of Commerce continues to create opportunities for local businesses and professionals to connect, collaborate and grow, and ICR is proud to support that mission.
We were grateful to sponsor the 2026 Kemper Campbell Ranch Mixer and spend the evening with so many members of our local business community. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to the High Desert for continuing to support ICR and the businesses that call this region home.
