Stability Requirement (Important)

What You’ll Do
- Perform industrial clean-up (shoveling, sweeping, material handling)
- Support plant operations with hands-on labor tasks
- Load and unload trailers and containers safely
- Operate tools and equipment (shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, pneumatic tools)
- Work in industrial conditions, including:
- Heights (with fall protection)
- Confined spaces (with proper PPE)
- Complete daily equipment inspections
- Follow all MSHA and safety regulations
- Work closely with team members to maintain efficient operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, consistent work history (REQUIRED)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable in outdoor and industrial environments
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Industrial, plant, or heavy labor experience preferred (training available)
Training & Certifications
- MSHA Certification provided
- Full safety training included
