We are seeking dependable, safety-minded Industrial Laborers to support daily production and facility operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working with their hands, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality and safety.
What You’ll Do
- Support production and facility operations through general labor tasks
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials and products
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and organization of work areas
- Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or overhead cranes (if trained/certified)
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and work instructions
- Work closely with operators, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial labor, or construction preferred
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50–75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing, and working on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Willingness to learn new tasks and support multiple areas as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor industrial manufacturing setting
- Exposure to noise, dust, heavy materials, and moving equipment
- PPE required at all times (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe footwear, etc.)
