Job description:
Looking for a hands-on job with a stable company? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Forklift Operators / Packaging Laborers in a fast-paced industrial environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with forklift experience who are comfortable performing physical labor and working as part of a team to support daily production operations.
What You’ll Do
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished products
- Package, stack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment
- Load and unload trucks and storage areas
- Assist with general labor duties, including cleanup and material handling
- Monitor production and packaging equipment
- Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous forklift experience required
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed
