ICR is hiring General Laborers to work inside a cement manufacturing plant supporting industrial cleanup and maintenance operations.

This is physically demanding industrial labor working in dusty, outdoor environments. We provide training and MSHA certification for motivated workers ready to work safely and reliably.

Pay & Benefits

• $18/hr starting pay
• Potential to make $25hr

Schedule

• Day shift Monday–Friday
• Typical 6:00 AM start
• 8–12 hour shifts
• Overtime required
• Must be flexible when plant operations require extended shifts or weekend work

Job Duties

• Industrial cleanup inside cement plant
• Shoveling, sweeping, and debris removal
• Material handling using wheelbarrows and manual tools
• Assist maintenance crews with plant cleanup and preparation
• Work safely around heavy equipment and conveyors
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow direction from supervisors and crew leads
• Report safety hazards immediately

Physical Requirements

• Lift 50–100 lbs
• Climb stairs and ladders
• Work at heights and in confined spaces
• Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments
• Perform heavy physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass physical exam
• Must pass respirator fit test (clean shaven required)
• Must follow MSHA safety rules
• Lace-up steel toe boots required
• Must have reliable transportation to the plant
