We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting capabilities, proficiency in QuickBooks, and experience supporting human resources functions, including employee benefits administration.

The Office Manager will serve as a key operational partner, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficient office management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Financial Operations
  • Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Process payroll accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Maintain general ledger and financial records using QuickBooks
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with financial reporting and budgeting processes
  • Coordinate with external CPA/accounting professionals as needed
  • Human Resources & Benefits Administration
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
  • Assist with administration of 401(k) retirement plans
  • Coordinate medical and dental insurance enrollments and updates
  • Serve as internal liaison for employee benefits inquiries
  • Maintain personnel records and support policy compliance
  • Office Administration & Operations
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative procedures
  • Manage vendor relationships and office supply procurement
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to leadership as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in office management or similar operational role
  • Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of A/R, A/P, and payroll processing
  • Experience with employee benefits administration, including 401(k), medical, and dental plans
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Pay: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour
