We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting capabilities, proficiency in QuickBooks, and experience supporting human resources functions, including employee benefits administration.
The Office Manager will serve as a key operational partner, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficient office management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Accounting & Financial Operations
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Process payroll accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations
- Maintain general ledger and financial records using QuickBooks
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Coordinate with external CPA/accounting professionals as needed
- Human Resources & Benefits Administration
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Assist with administration of 401(k) retirement plans
- Coordinate medical and dental insurance enrollments and updates
- Serve as internal liaison for employee benefits inquiries
- Maintain personnel records and support policy compliance
- Office Administration & Operations
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative procedures
- Manage vendor relationships and office supply procurement
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Provide administrative support to leadership as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in office management or similar operational role
- Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Strong working knowledge of A/R, A/P, and payroll processing
- Experience with employee benefits administration, including 401(k), medical, and dental plans
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
