Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety and efficiency? Join us as a Crew Leader at an MSHA-regulated facility, overseeing plant clean-up operations and emergency response. This isn’t a desk job—you’ll lead from the front, mentor your team, and ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Supervise: Direct your crew in daily plant clean-up operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
- First Responder: Handle emergencies and incidents, submitting required regulatory documentation.
- Train & Mentor: Teach proper equipment use, safety procedures, and emergency response.
- Stay Hands-On: Work alongside your team in the field, setting the example for safety and productivity.
- Communicate & Report: Use Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
- Collaborate & Adapt: Work with management to adjust staffing, schedules, and workflow.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years leading teams in heavy industrial environments (mining, construction, manufacturing)
- MSHA experience preferred
- Tech-savvy: basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CPR, Forklift, and OSHA 10 certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions quickly
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
