What You’ll Do

• Support plant operations with hands-on cleanup and equipment handling.
• Use shovels, wheelbarrows, air tools, and more to keep the site safe and running.
• Stay active with lifting, walking, and working in all weather conditions.
• Follow strict safety standards and watch out for your crew.

What We’re Looking For

• Physically able to handle a labor-intensive job.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work as part of a team.
• No prior MSHA cert? No problem – we’ll train you.
• Experience with tools or construction is a plus.
