We are urgently hiring MSHA-certified General Laborers for surface mining operations to support our clients’ industrial sites. If you are physically strong, safety-conscious, and ready to tackle demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

Industrial Site Clean-Up – Perform hands-on labor to maintain a clean and safe worksite for mining and construction operations.

Heavy Lifting & Physical Labor – Handle single-person lifts up to 75 lbs and team lifts exceeding 100 lbs.

Physical Endurance – Be prepared to stand for long hours, walk long distances, and climb inclines in mining environments.

Equipment Handling – Operate shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, and pneumatic air tools safely and efficiently.

Work at Heights & Confined Spaces – Comfortably work in elevated areas and confined spaces using fall protection and proper safety gear.

Safety Gear & Procedures – Wear respiratory protection and adhere to all MSHA safety protocols for a secure work environment.

Hazard Identification – Proactively spot and report potential hazards to maintain a safe workplace.

Waste Disposal & Site Maintenance – Ensure proper disposal of materials, contributing to an organized, hazard-free site.

Team Collaboration – Work closely with your team to ensure efficiency and safety at every step of the process.

What You Need to Succeed:

MSHA Certification (Mandatory) – You must be MSHA-certified to qualify. Training provided for those without certification.

Physically Demanding Work – This job requires strength, endurance, and focus on worksite safety.

Strong Work Ethic – Dependable, hardworking, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.

Experience with Industrial Tools – Prior experience with air-powered tools, hand tools, and equipment maintenance is a plus.
