Frequently asked questions regarding Temporary Placement
|
| |
| How does the assignment process work? |
When ICR receives a job order for which one of its employees are qualified, it will call the employee to try to fill it. Before placing the employee on the assignment, ICR will give the employee the following information: client’s name, rate of pay, name of the on-site supervisor, client address, job duties, and the appropriate dress/safety equipment.
|
| |
| How and when would I get paid? |
As the employer, ICR pays its temporary employees for the work they do for a client. ICR pays its temporary employees weekly, on the Friday following the work week.

|
| |
| How long should I expect to be there? |
Due to the extensive and thorough application and screening process, please give yourself up to two hours to complete ICR Staffing Services’ procedure.
